All orders are shipped as insured packages via DHL from Germany to worldwide destinations.
We offer free standard shipping within Germany for orders over €95 and to Austria and Switzerland over €195.

Shipping within Germany
The shipping costs are €4.95 for orders with a value below €95.
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over €95.
Delivery time: Usually 1-3 business days, standard shipping.
International Shipping within the EU
All orders are shipped from Germany. Therefore, there are no customs duties or import taxes for deliveries within the EU.

Shipping costs: €6.95 for orders with a value below €195
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over €195.

International Shipping outside the EU
All orders are shipped from Germany. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. For more information, please see below under the section 'Import Taxes & Duties'.

Import Taxes & Duties (for deliveries to non-EU countries)
We ship all orders from Germany. Thus, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are collected by the customs or tax authorities of the receiving country and therefore cannot be covered or refunded by us.
Import duties and taxes are levied directly by the destination country and may vary from country to country. We therefore recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Taxes, fees, and shipping costs incurred on rejected or unclaimed packages will not be covered or refunded by us.
In the case of orders placed from a non-EU third country, the displayed prices are net, and the liability for taxes belongs to the recipient of the goods.
General Shipping Information
- We currently only ship with DHL. Shipping is insured and CO2-neutral via DHL GoGreen.
- At the moment, we do not offer express shipping. All packages are shipped via standard shipping.
- To ensure you receive your order safely and successfully, all our parcels must be signed for upon delivery.
- If a package cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
